I am a DONA-trained birth doula and an advanced certified doula through The Labor Enabler Apprenticeship. My path to birth work wasn’t linear, but it was deeply personal. For years, I searched for something that felt uniquely mine - something that combined my love for human connection with a desire to create lasting impact.

During my time at UT Austin, I explored many avenues, to find what shouted “This is for YOU, Fiona!” That exploration eventually led me to birth work, and the moment I stepped into this world, I knew: This is it. This is where I’m meant to be.

I grew up in Houston and have moved back here after some years away. I share my life with two cherished cats, a love of books, and a daily coffee ritual.

As your doula, my mission is simple: to uplift and empower you and your birth team - through every moment of this transformative experience. I offer calm, comfort, confidence, and evidence-based care, tailored to you. I’m here to support you so that you can step into your birth experience feeling seen, supported, and strong.
